Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy – KETER & KAVOD

We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us on WhatsApp at 9177234546 within 48 hours of receiving the order and share their Order ID along with a clear unboxing video for verification.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of a damaged product, wrong item delivered, or genuine size issues.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact.

Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection. After approval, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

KETER & KAVOD reserves the right to decline any return or refund request that does not meet these conditions.
