At KETER & KAVOD, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products. Please read our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order through:

To initiate an exchange request, please provide:

  • Order ID

  • A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video (recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully visible)

  • Clear photos of the product, if requested by our support team

Exchange Is Available For

Exchange requests will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Genuine size issue (subject to stock availability)

  • Wrong product received

  • Product received in a damaged condition

  • Manufacturing defect

Return & Refund Eligibility

Returns and refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Verified manufacturing defect

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference regarding color, fabric feel, or design

  • Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen settings

Conditions for Approval

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The request must be raised within the specified time.

  • A valid unboxing video is mandatory for claims involving damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

  • The returned product must pass our quality inspection.

KETER & KAVOD reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
